This extension met PD Rights, it is at the rear of a bungalow and the small tiled edge ensured the eaves were not higher than the existing ones, which is important with a flat roof extension.  Although this design is open plan, but retaining the center wall meant there were more walls for the kitchen and lounge design they particularly liked and maximised the use of the space.
