We initially questioned whether an extension was the right choice for this property because the existing garden was already quite small. Our client felt that the additional living space would be more valuable to her—and we are happy to say that she was right.

The completed extension provides a dining room and utility area that have transformed the way the home works. For this client, the everyday benefit of those rooms comfortably outweighed the loss of a relatively small area of garden.
