Office to Flat Conversions Worthing

A tired low-rise office building on Worthing seafront was converted into a collection of apartments in a variety of sizes, giving the existing building a valuable new residential use.

Your Home Plans prepared the drawings required for Planning Approval together with the detailed working drawings needed to deliver the conversion. Several of the completed apartments were fully furnished for marketing, as shown in the photographs below.
